📝Visited Rural Women Entrepreneurs Supported by Grant Program

IRIM is implementing a three-phase capacity-building program for women small and micro businesses in four soums across two provinces. As part of this initiative, 10 small and micro business owners were selected to receive financial grants, business diagnostics, training, and mentorship services.

Recently, the IRIM team conducted on-site visits to the grant recipients in Bayanchandmani and Jargalant soums of Tuv province to evaluate their ongoing business activities and carry out progress evaluation of the capacity program.

🔸The evaluation focused on the following objectives:

🔸Evaluating the impact of the program on business growth and development;

🔸Documenting and sharing business good practices with other entrepreneurs;

🔸Identifying areas for further improvement and support in future activities.

Next week, the team will continue this field visit to Tsenkhermandal and Umnudelger soums of Khentii province. Mentors from the Polytechnic College, who have been providing mentoring services to businesses, are also participating in the evaluation. Their involvement offers valuable on-site guidance and helps strengthen future training and mentoring activities under the program. 🚀
