Thank you, Kathryn! 🤩

The IRIM team warmly farewelled Australian volunteer Kathryn Napier, who worked with us for six months.

Dr. Kathryn Napier is a senior data scientist with many years of experience working at research centers of Australian universities, including Murdoch University and Curtin University.

Through the Australian Volunteers Program, she worked with our organization as a Data Management Officer. She conducted a series of training sessions on quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data visualization, and report writing, while also providing professional support for our organization’s internal operations and ongoing projects. Her contributions played a valuable role in strengthening our organizational capacity. This gave us the opportunity to learn from an experienced international data specialist and improve our organization’s data-related skills.

Kathryn not only shared her professional knowledge and expertise, but also initiated and organized various cultural exchange meetings and activities, becoming a valued member of our team. 🙂

Although she worked with us for a relatively short time, she helped create capacity and value that will last long into the future. We sincerely thank her and wish Kathryn all the very best in her future work and life! 👏
