✅Sharing Lessons from Countering Disinformation in Mongolia and the Philippines 

On 30 June 2026, the IRIM organized a Regional Knowledge Sharing Workshop to share the experiences, lessons learned, and results generated through the “Action for Integrity and Democracy against Disinformation” project, implemented jointly with INCITEGov Philippines. 

Over the course of one year, the project: 

Mapped the disinformation landscape in Mongolia and the Philippines;  
Conducted community behaviour studies;  
Designed and piloted evidence-based community interventions in both countries.  
A key feature of the initiative was its effort to translate research findings into practical interventions that can be adapted and scaled up within future policies, programmes, and initiatives. 

The project was implemented with the support of the Team Europe Democracy (TED) Initiative.
