UNDP Resident Representative in Mongolia, Mrs. Matilda Dymowska and UNDP Accelerator Lab Head Mr. Telmen Erdenebileg visited IRIM on May 13, 2024. IRIM has been cooperating with UNDP since its establishment in 2008 in the areas of good governance, environment, and climate resilience.
The discussion focused on exploring potentials for synergies in supporting Mongolia's green energy transition, good governance, promoting gender equality and economic diversification.
One of IRIM’s flagship projects, the Digital Transparency Index, was initiated in 2010 with two years of funding from UNDP. After the funding period ended, IRIM continued the initiative independently. Mrs. Matilda Dymowska highlighted this project as a clear example of sustainability and positive impact.
IRIM would like to express our gratitude to the UNDP team for consistently valuing the effectiveness and importance of research and evidence and supporting local organizations.
