Senior researcher Elberel Tumenjargal, a former board member of Asia Pacific Evaluation Association, sharing her evalation experience at the 19th Official Development Assistance (ODA) Evaluation Workshop co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and APEA.
