    🔹 Successfully launched the Just Energy Transition Framework, offering integrated policy pathways that link energy reform, social protection, and economic diversification
    🔹 Implemented public–private–community partnership consultations and trainings to support climate-resilient and sustainably sourced livestock value chains
    🔹 Initiated a World Bank–commissioned study assessing the effectiveness of air pollution reduction measures through fuel transition in Ulaanbaatar
    🔹 Completed the baseline study for the SkillShift Project, supporting skills development for young women and persons with disabilities
    🔹 Continued the baseline survey on family-friendly policy implementation across public and private sectors in Mongolia
    🔹 Launched a pilot project on Gender-Smart Business, strengthening the economic empowerment of survivors of gender-based violence
    🔹 Advanced research on disinformation in Mongolia, contributing evidence to strengthen media and information literacy
    🔹 Strengthened institutional development through Annual Reception 2025, the Student Researcher Program, and the Mobile Lifelong Education Center, which continues to deliver measurable impact in remote areas
    🔹 Published new flagship reports on men’s life experiences and violence and clean energy access for vulnerable households

    In the third quarter of 2025, IRIM focused on climate change and energy transition, gender equality, and key issues affecting target groups, while continuing to strengthen institutional capacity and teamwork 🤝

    🔹 Organized a regional workshop on gender-responsive climate policies, bringing together over 150 stakeholders from 11 aimags
    🔹 Conducted gender assessments of vocational education programs to support women’s participation in the agriculture and livestock sectors
    🔹 Facilitated multi-stakeholder dialogues on just energy transition, feeding voices from workers, youth, and industry into national policy discussions
    🔹 Completed the baseline study for the “Digital Cooperatives” project, supporting herders’ livelihoods through digital solutions
    🔹 Initiated the process toward ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security certification, strengthening data protection and management systems
    🔹 Released findings from a waste management knowledge, attitudes, and practices study, providing critical evidence for future interventions
    🔹 Strengthened team cohesion through Summer Training 2025 and prepared for the upcoming Research Student–2025 Program

    🔹 Strengthened regional collaboration through participation in the Asian Social Well-being Consortium, sharing methodologies and experiences with researchers from 9 countries
    🔹 Conducted a Photovoice study on air pollution and mothers’ well-being, highlighting the strongest impacts on health, economy, education, and social relations
    🔹 Published the Digital Transparency Index 2024, reaching 69% nationwide, marking continued progress in access to public information
    🔹 Launched the Youth School-to-Work Transition Survey, generating critical baseline data on youth employment, challenges, and opportunities
    🔹 Released new academic publications and research outputs contributing to evidence-based policy and international scholarship
