The primary object of this baseline review was to improve the vulnerable people’s ability to respond against the covid-19 pandemic and to overcome risky situations. The following objectives were recommended in the project: 

• Promoting the rights of vulnerable groups (children, women, etc.) and improve their potential to respond 

• Increasing food guarantee for the poorest vulnerable groups (children, women, etc.) and boosting their subsistence (female-headed households) 

• Improving the ability of local organizations and the poorest vulnerable groups (children and women) to counter hygiene issues 

• Within the framework of these objectives, numerous activities will be organized such as food and hygiene products will be provided to 7,000 beneficiaries, our family development program will be implemented in 3,500 households, distributing sinks to 2,100 households, laundry services to 1,000 households, 49 women will be provided with temporary jobs, giving support for medical staffs during the project.  

Study objectives: 

• Accumulating basic information in the framework of the project monitoring and evaluation 

• Defining potential risks during assessment of the project implementation; 

• Possibility to achieve specified goals and objectives in the framework of the Project Monitoring and Evaluation, to ensure reality; 

• Identifying additional sources of information which can be used in estimating completion of indicator 

• To make a report based on the results of the data collection. а) Current situation of target households and stakeholders b) Stability of the project and potential challenges for further expansion c) Recommendations for overcoming challenges and risks that may arise during the project
