Project description: The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is currently considering inauguration of a ‘Sustainable Cashmere Project’ (SCP) – in the Eastern Region of Mongolia - in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The SCP has been operated in Omnogobi province (Gobi Region) since December 2015, and would be the basis for the current (proposed) initiative, albeit in new locations. The latest SCP aims to create a sustainable and wildlife-friendly cashmere value chain among producers in Dornod and Khentii provinces of Eastern Region. The Project will collaborate with cooperatives, in areas to be selected from within the two targeted provinces.
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:

To develop survey methodology co-working with the client

To conduct 125 interviews using tablet application form,

To perform quality control in the data collection and give project information to the client regularly and to confirm the collected data,

To sum up confirmed data and create data base,
-
To analyze the collected data, develop a report and submit the final deliverable to the client.
