This research goal was evaluated public relation works which is implemented by the General Police Department and examined customer satisfaction, street-level of bureaucracy, service quality and efficiency. Also examined that service of police was a equal to serve and whether its promoting respect for human rights.  In order to achieve a project goal, these objectives will have done.  

Survey purpose:  

  • To make a research report and recommendation  

  • To collect first and second documents and materials of research  

  • To prepare description of research on MS Power point and other program  

  • To deliver research outcome to the General Police Department and Ministries of Justice and Internal Affairs  

  • To evaluate public relation works which is implemented by the General Police Department  

Study design , methodology: quantitative- Questionnaire 

Quality method: semi-structured interview, document research 

Project features: 

 The difference between other government agency was direction of works, feature of police services, and requirement of citizens.  

Survey findings: 

This research has fully examined that customer satisfaction, street-level of bureaucracy, service quality and efficiency which is implemented by the General Police Department. And  research report and recommendation was delivered to the General Police Department.  

This research was supported by the General Police Department. We thank our colleagues from other police departments and who provided insight and expertise that greatly assisted research.
