“Gobi Oyu Development Support Fund” has been established for a year. We, as a professional consulting organization, arranged training and workshop on a purpose of supporting further improvement of fund’s main policy such as vision, mission and objectives.
The main activities of this project were to: First, to define main policy, second, to finalize it and get approval from Relationship Committee and Board. Following things were done in order to do so.
Objective:

Consulting organization made Fund’s internal and external analyze together with the Fund staffs.
- First version of vision, mission, strategic goal and code of conduct were defined according to methodology to define fundamental policy.

After organizing workshop among Relationship Committee members according to the above mentioned methodology, the policy was defined. Then, making discussion on the results of both policies from Relationship Committee and Fund staffs, we created combined version of the policy.
- Board approved the policy after giving some comments on the combined version of the policy.
