Within this purpose, we developed following objectives:

To develop survey methodology co-working with the client,

To conduct interviews using qualitative method to determine survey methodology and questionnaire,

To identify sample survey method which is included isolated and vulnerable group people,

To organize researcher’s training, give to researchers sufficient knowledge of research method and legal (legal assistance and legal needs, etc.) and the researchers will be selected,

To conduct 1630 interviews using tablet application form,

To perform quality control in the data collection and give project information to the client regularly and to confirm the collected data,

To sum up confirmed data and create data base,

To analyze the collected data, develop a report and submit the final deliverable to the client.
