IRIM has implemented the COVID-19 Follow-up Survey Round 2 in Mongolia 2020. This survey is a World Bank Group (WBG) follow-up survey on the 360 completed interviews with private sector establishments in Mongolia conducted in 2019 as part of (Enterprise Survey) and in 2020 (COVID-19 follow-up survey Round 1) by the WBG. The aim of the survey is to assess the impact of COVID-19 on the private sector. The overall goals of this project are:

  1. To conduct telephone or online interviews with recently surveyed businesses to understand the impact on their operations due to the outbreak of COVID19, and
  2. To assess how many establishments have ceased operations since they were surveyed the last time.
