The UNICEF's program planning, implementation, decision-making, and accountability are all guided by the human rights and results-based management approaches.
Commissioned with the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), IRIM will implement the project “Contribute Result Based Management and Evaluation Culture” from January to April 2022.
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
Under the project, IRIM will translate Result Based Management Handbook and Evaluation Guidance accompanied by 8 documents into Mongolian and will develop a glossary. We also will organize a workshop to present the documents to UN agencies, development partners, government and private sector representatives to receive comments on the documents.
