IRIM organized one-day retreat course on "Building meaningful relationships and genuine dialogue with local community" for the "Community Relations Team members" of Oyu Tolgoi LLC. By training:

- The latest trends and discourse of Alternative Community Development approaches in mining
- The workshop has employed a participatory team-based approach to address several crucial points.
