IRIM has started implementing a second follow-up survey of the “One Stop Shop” (OSS) project. The follow-up surveys are a Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation  funded project run by the Human Security Policy Studies Center in Mongolia. The IRIM team has already conducted a baseline survey and one follow-up survey in 2013 and 2014. The second follow-up survey will be completed by the end of this year.

The purpose of the second follow-up up survey is to determine OSS customer and staff satisfaction, collect information on the implementation of Government Resolution No. 1532013 “Measures to be Taken on Public Administrative Services in One-Stop Shops” and to specify responses of the local governance to the resolution.

This follow-up survey will cover the 22 OSSs which were included in the previous follow-up survey.
